Pre-owned consoles come with a 30 day defective warranty. Pre-owned video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective warranty.
Brand New consoles come with a 14 day defective exchange warranty. Some brand new consoles come with a manufacturers warranty. After the 14 day in-store defective exchange warranty, we suggest you contact the respective company to get service for any defective console that was purchased brand new. Brand new video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective exchange warranty. The warranty is void if the product is not functioning because of negligence or accidental damage, and warranty is void if any void stickers are tampered with. Consoles, games and accessories will be tested on site before an exchange can be given.

If you exchange a pre-owned game or console for any reason besides the product being defective, than a rental fee will apply. You will be charged $1 a day on each game and a $3 a day on consoles, up to 7 days.
There is no exchange of any kind on PC and Mac games. You are responsible for knowing or finding out requirements for a PC/Mac game before you purchase it. You are responsible for looking for a CD-Key before purchasing the product.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to change the price to the correct price at the time of sale or restrict the sale of the item until further notice.
NO PRIVATE SALES whatsoever in and around the premises. Do not interfere with customers selling or trading games in the store. Asking to buy/sell an item from customers in or around the store will result in a ban.
If you forget an item at A&C Games or leave an item in our store for any reason and it isn’t claimed within 30 days and there is no prior indication that you will claim it, then it becomes our property. We reserve the right to keep the item, sell or discard it at our discretion.
There will be a minimum of $10 damage fee for any game, console, or peripherals that were damaged in the possession of the person(s) that rented the item. This includes scratches on any item, damage to the retail box, and cosmetic and physical damage that is detrimental to the look and functionality of the items.
