Q: What time do you guys open/close?
A: We’re open from 11:00 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm Saturday, and 12 pm to 6 pm Sunday.


Q: Do you guys take trade-ins or buy games?
A: Yes we do, you must be 17 years-old with valid government issued photo id to sell for cash or trade. Call or e-mail for quotes.

Q: How do you get to your store by subway?
A: Take the subway to Spadina Station, than get off and go to the street level than walk one block south on the west side of Spadina Station OR take the street car, get off at the very first stop, and walk north on the west side of Spadina Avenue.


Q: Do you have any specials?
A: We’ll give you a $5 coupon if you spend over $50 before tax on pre-owned items, or you can trade-in your games to help knock down the price.


Q: Is there a warranty on your games/systems?
A: We give a 7 day warranty on all used games except for PC/Mac games. We give a 7 day warranty on all pre-owned systems and a 30 day warranty on pre-owned PS3’s, XBOX 360’s, and Wii’s.


Q: Do you give any exchange/refunds?
A: We do exchange only for defective items within 7 days of the date of purchase with our store receipt. New games must be factory sealed and in the same condition as when it was purchased for an exchange. There will be a rental charge based on our rental rates for any returns other than the item being defective.

Q: Can I put a game on hold?
A: Yes, we can put games on hold for you for 24 hours, new release titles for 2 hours


Q: Are we open on holidays?
A: We’re closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, other than that we’re open everyday. We have shortened Christmas Eve and New Years Eve hours.
